back home :0)

Awww thanks all, for your lovely words, jess was a star, not one tear or worried moment from her :0) i on the other hand blubbed! for the 2nd time this week, goodness me what is wrong with me??! lol! i only blubbed after she was out cold though and you will be pleased to know i stroked her forhead for her til she dropped off (think thats what set me off really, its like they are really ill and you are stroking them goodbye :0( ) anyway 25 mins later she was in recovery sitting up chatting away to nurses and asking when she could eat lol! actually it was a lovely day!! they have that patient line thingy installed now so most of the day was spent with jess glued to the telly or doing a bit of colouring in and me happily sat in a chair reading my book! felt a bit like i was on hols!

the patient is now home with several cards and a pink get well soon balloon :0)

Just stopped by to see how you both got on and so glad it all was fine and dandy!

I watched DH have his eye sliced open - lol! He looks in a right state and it's hurting now the anaesthetic wore off but he was a brave soldier :o)

She is such a brave little girl.....Meg had a GA to have a tooth extracted and I blubbed like a baby, it's a scary thing to watch your baby go under, I think you both did brilliantly!

Let's hope her little op has done the trick and that she is all better soon xx

Awwwwww to mummy blubs. Everynight I check on my two kiddies before I go to bed and I always stroke their hair for a minute or so............nearly always get choked up. Just something so vunerable about them lying there......
Big kisses but no hugs....oh ok, a teeny tiny one!!)
